You are cordially invited to one of the largest wine celebrations in the world, the “Beaujolais Festival”.

This festival is a popular French tradition that takes place on the third Thursday of November. Originally it was a celebration to mark the end of the harvest and the release of the new Beaujolais vintage.

This year’s festivities will be held on

Friday, November 20, 2009
6:00 – 11:00 p.m.
The Dominion Club’s Grand Banking Hall

This celebration is not only about Beaujolais Nouveau. It is also an opportunity to appreciate the other Beaujolais crus such as Brouilly, Chenas, Chiroubles, Côte de Brouilly, Fleurie, Julienas, Morgon, Moulin à Vent, Régnié and Saint Amour.

“The Beaujolais Nouveau has been the ambassador of the Pays Beaujolais for decades, and the 12 Beaujolais crus are earning the same fame and reputation. This event is a wonderful opportunity to discover all the jewels of the Beaujolais wine region”, says Gaï de Ropraz, President of the Festival Beaujolais.

This festival is an occasion to celebrate with friends and colleagues while enjoying delightful Beaujolais wine and delicious French cuisine.
